Fiatara is an online fragrance store that provides authentic, original designer fragrances directly to consumers throughout South Africa.
The name Fiatara is a derivative from the word "fiutare" which means "scent" in the Italian language. Fiatara is all about providing luxury fragrances in a manner that is simple, efficient and convenient. While we aim to be competitive in price, our real focus is to provide excellent customer service.
Launched in January 2007 and originally known as Perfume Warehouse, the company was rebranded as Fiatara in late 2008 to reflect its new vision and strategy.

AUTHENTICITY OF OUR FRAGRANCES
Fiatara acquires its fragrances from a variety of licensed distributors and never imports from the grey market. By using the official channels, we are able to guarantee that each fragrance is 100% original. We pay a little more for this privilege but this practice ensures authenticity of product and aids our ability to deliver an excellent service.
OUR PRICING STRUCTURE
Our pricing structure works around an industry standard called the ‘recommended selling price’ (RSP). Our suppliers set the RSP which is what most mass retailers choose to sell their fragrances for. Being that we’re an online store, we have made the decision to discount our prices by 20% off the recommended selling price.
THE DELIVERY PROCESS
If your order is placed before 13h00 on Monday through Friday, your package will be delivered the next day. If placed after 13h00, your order will be delivered within two working days from the time we send you an order confirmation.
We are able to trace your order through our reputable courier company Berco Express. Should you have a query on your order or parcel, please email our deliveries department on deliveries@fiatara.co.za.
